Boxmarche's natural inclination to think outside the box led to the decision to change the way we communicate, transforming a technical and static document into a report that not only presents numbers, but it also delves into emotions, sensations and people's professional lives, reaching their hearts.

The Living Company Report should be understood in two ways: as a “Living Report on the Company”, but also as a “Report on the Living Company”. It all sums up to a true romance because the Company – this Company – represents the Mindset of the People who live it every day. Since 2003, our Living Company Report has been enriched every year with new stories and milestones, narrating the evolution and emotions of Boxmarche in a publication that reflects our commitment to ESG principles (Environmental, Social, Governance).
Once again we share the results of our financial report and the achievements made in the field of sustainability through our Living Company Report. We believe that the growth and development of a business, a community, and a territory must be based on economic, social, and environmental sustainability.
Our commitment to sustainable development is demonstrated by Boxmarche’s inclusion among the 17 medium-sized European companies that participated in the Field Test promoted by EFRAG to draft the sustainability report according to the new VSME ESRS standards.

For over 20 years, we have celebrated this report with an annual event at our company, involving 300 clients and suppliers. This special gathering is a unique opportunity to embrace, shake hands, share experiences, strengthen relationships, and generate new ideas in an atmosphere of friendship and creativity.
In 2007, Boxmarche’s Living Company Report won the Oscar di Bilancio National Award for the SME category in Milan, thanks to the authentic, transparent and passionate communication we believe in.

In addition to receiving the EcoVadis Certification, Boxmarche also earned the Gold Medal, ranking among the top 5% of companies worldwide evaluated for environmental and social sustainability based on ESG criteria (Environment, Labor Practices and Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Purchasing).
