Technological and digital modernization of the die-cutting department in 4.0 and sustainable logic

Description

The project has had as its purpose technological and digital modernization in 4.0 and sustainable logic.

The Company has equipped the die-cutting department with a new digital machine and replaced the old lighting with a latest-generation LED system, in order to create a cutting-edge department, among the most technologically advanced and sustainable in Italy.

The department It has also been equipped with systems and sensors for the detection and monitoring of energy consumption in order to implement a strong policy of reducing the energy consumed by the production plant over the next decade.

The specific objectives of the project were the following:

  • Increase production capacity;
  • Increase sales ,
  • Increase margins (reduction of time and energy consumption)
  • Reduce waste;
  • Adhere to environmental objectives related to climate improvement through investments aimed at sustainability and improving energy efficiency.
